For your protection The Drummond Craft Co follows UK hygiene regulations for jewellery which does not allow for returns. However we understand that things get damaged in the post; if things are not the way you expect, then please do get in touch – we want you to be delighted with your purchase so we will work something out.
Return of non jewellery items are possible within 7 days of receipt and with original packaging. To start our return process, please email support@thedrummondcraftco.com stating your reasons for returning the item and we will work to make things right for you.
